Under normal circumstances, we will provide comprehensive after-sales technical training, including providing written training materials, training videos or inviting customers' technical personnel to face-to-face training to help customers master parts replacement and basic maintenance work. When encountering an urgent situation, we will also send professional technicians to provide on-site support.

What is your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in kraft carton with pallets or not. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

2. Digital controlled power

4. Comply with CCS and CHAdeMO, GB/T standards

5. Soft start and pre-charging function

6. Power input side: over/under voltage protection, surge protection

7. DC output side: over/under voltage protection, over-current protection and short-circuit protection

Till now, there are 5 kinds of DC fast charging standards: CCS-1, CCS-2. CHAdeMO, GB/T and Tesla.

CCS-1: DC fast charging standard for North America. Typical charging EVs: Chevy Bolt.

CCS-2: DC fast charging standard for Europe. Typical charging EVs: BMW i3, VW e-Golf, Porsche Mission-e.

CHAdeMO: DC fast charging standard for Japan. Typical charging EVs: Nissan Leaf.

GB/T: DC fast charging standard for China. Typical charging EVs: BYD, JAC, BAIC.

Tesla: DC fast charging standard for Tesla only. Typical charging EVs: Tesla Model S, Model X, Model 3.
