The MXR6060BL is a high-power 60kW 3-phase AC to DC charging module engineered for heavy-duty EV fast-charging, battery testing platforms, and high-current DC supply applications. Its wide 270–480Vac input range, combined with a 0–60Vdc output and up to 1200A, supports fast response and precise current regulation for large battery systems.
Built for professional charging infrastructure, the module delivers 95% peak efficiency, power factor above 0.99, and THD <5%, ensuring excellent grid compatibility and reduced energy loss. Voltage and current regulation accuracy within ±1% ensures stable output even under dynamic load conditions.
A robust liquid-cooling system with ≥10 L/min flow and low pressure drop enhances continuous high-power operation and long-term reliability.
