The MXR100080B-DCs is a high-performance 80kW high-voltage DC-DC converter module designed for ultra-fast EV charging architectures and advanced energy systems. It supports a 740–890VDC input and delivers a wide 200–1000VDC output, enabling compatibility with modern high-voltage EV platforms and large battery packs.
Built with a high-frequency isolated topology, the module ensures stable and safe energy transfer while achieving an impressive >98.5% peak efficiency, reducing energy loss and enhancing overall charger performance. The compact and lightweight design (<20 kg) allows deployment in high-density charging cabinets.
Output precision is maintained with ±0.5% voltage regulation, ±1% current accuracy, ripple ≤1%, and current imbalance ≤5%, ensuring consistent charging across parallel modules. CAN-Bus communication supports real-time control, diagnostic feedback, and coordinated operation in multi-module systems.
With an operational range of –20°C to +75°C and derating protection above 50°C or 2000 m altitude, the MXR100080B-DCs offers reliable performance in demanding environments. Its scalability (up to 60 units) makes it suitable for high-power EV charging stations, megawatt charging systems, and high-voltage DC distribution.
