The MXR100060B-DCs is a compact, high-performance 60kW DC to DC converter module engineered for electric vehicle fast-charging architectures. Designed with a 750–850VDC input and a flexible 200–1000VDC output, it supports a broad range of EV battery platforms and high-voltage charging systems.
This module adopts a high-frequency isolated topology, achieving >98.5% efficiency while ensuring safe and stable power conversion. Its lightweight structure (<20 kg) and slim form factor (355×485×87 mm) make integration easy within high-density charging cabinets and modular systems.
Performance accuracy is maintained with ±0.5% voltage regulation, ±1% current accuracy, peak ripple ≤1%, and current imbalance ≤5%, delivering consistent charging across multiple modules. CAN communication enables real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and coordinated parallel operation of up to 60 units.
Operating from –20°C to +75°C with automatic derating above 50°C and altitude compensation above 2000 m, the MXR100060B-DCs provides stable, reliable output even in challenging environments. It is ideal for DC fast-charging stations, high-voltage EV systems, and energy storage platforms requiring efficient and precise DC conversion.
