The MXB100022 (V2G) module has three operating modes: rectification, grid-tied inversion, and off-grid inversion.
In both rectification and inversion operating modes, the precision control of output power is based on calculations and
measurements on the DC side. When the input voltage is between 323Vac and 530Vac (with a hysteresis less than 5V), the module can output a maximum power of 22kW.When the input voltage is between 300Vdc and 1000Vdc, the module can output a maximum power of 22kW. When the input voltage is between 150Vdc and 300Vdc, output power is linearly limited from 22kW to 11kW. When the input voltage is below 150Vdc, the module will enter undervoltage protection mode.
When operating in off-grid mode, the output line voltage is rated at 380Vac, with an active power of 20kW at full load and an apparent power of 22kVA at full load. When the input voltage is between 300Vdc and 1000Vdc, the module can output full power. When the input voltage is between 200Vdc and 300Vdc, the module linearly limits the power.
When operating in rectification mode, at rated input voltage, the module can output a maximum power of 22kW
when the output voltage is between 300Vdc and 1000Vdc. When the output voltage is between 150Vdc and 300Vdc, the module's maximum output current is 73.5A.In on-grid mode, the module can output a maximum power of 22kW when the output voltage is between 323Vac and 530Vac. When the input voltage is between 260Vac and 323Vac, the module operates in linear power reduction mode.
When operating in off-grid mode, the module's output line voltage is rated at 380Vac, with a fixed frequency of 50Hz. The voltage and frequency are non-adjustable. The module can deliver a full load active power of 20kW and a full load apparent power of 22kVA.
This module provides full power output at ambient temperature below 55°C. This module is operated by derating at ambient temperature above 55°C. It is a piece-wise linear limit power; The output power of the module reduces till 0 at ambient temperature above 75°C.
